At Thurcroft Musical Theatre Group ("we," "our," "us"), we strive to provide an excellent experience for all our patrons. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which ticket refunds may be issued and the process for requesting a refund.

1. Ticket Purchases

1.1 General Policy: All ticket sales are final. Once a ticket is purchased, it cannot be refunded except as outlined in this policy.

1.2 Methods of Purchase: Tickets can be purchased through our website, at the venue, or through authorized third-party sellers. This refund policy applies to all tickets purchased through these methods.

2. Refund Eligibility

2.1 Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled by Thurcroft Musical Theatre Group, ticket holders will be entitled to a full refund. We will notify ticket holders of the cancellation as soon as possible and provide instructions for obtaining a refund.

2.2 Event Rescheduling: If an event is rescheduled, ticket holders will have the option to use their existing tickets for the new date or request a refund. Requests for refunds must be made within 14 days of the announcement of the new date.

2.3 Exceptional Circumstances: Refunds for other reasons (such as medical emergencies or significant personal circumstances) may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Thurcroft Musical Theatre Group. Supporting documentation may be required.

3. Refund Process

3.1 Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, ticket holders must contact us at Info@thurcroftmusical.co.uk. Please include your order number, the event name and date, and the reason for your refund request.

3.2 Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the request. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

3.3 Third-Party Purchases: If tickets were purchased through a third-party seller, refunds must be requested through that seller in accordance with their refund policies. Thurcroft Musical Theatre Group is not responsible for the refund practices of third-party sellers.

4. Non-Refundable Items

4.1 Merchandise and Concessions: Sales of merchandise and concessions are final and non-refundable unless the item is defective. Defective items may be exchanged for the same item or refunded at the discretion of Thurcroft Musical Theatre Group.

4.2 Donations: Donations made to Thurcroft Musical Theatre Group are non-refundable.
